Get a care package and a talon.

Once you've got them, call in your talon then call in your care package.

As soon as you've called in your care package, take control of your talon and then go into the middle of the drop location for your care package.

Your care package should now land on your talon and should glitch out for 5 seconds and then freeze.

Boom, done guys! you can now leave your talon and the care package will be floating! Enjoy!
