Step-by-Step
1. Reset your PS4 so that the system is fresh then start BO3.
2. Start Black ops 3 with controller 1 which you do want the weapon on and connect second controller with the account you DO NOT WANT the weapon on.
3. Now with C1 press PS button and close BO3 and disconnect the internet 'Untick Box'
4. Start BO3 again and go to local lobby and connect C2 by pressing a button and then start the game with C1 while its starting reconnect to the internet .
5. Once in the game With C1 press PS button and join friend who is in Multiplayer lobby.
6. You will be kicked just wait till you see the local again then press X till back in local with C1. Then with C2 go create a class KN-44 and stay there.
7. Now again with C1 join your friend a Ui error will appear just except using X button now wait till in friends lobby then leave or get kicked.
8. Then reconnect C2 again by pressing a button the with C1 go create a class and go tactical or lethal and find a locked item and hover over the unlock screen.
9. Now with C2 press CIRCLE and the local lobby create a class will appear go on primary and find the weapon you want and hover over the weapon if you want one of the DLC just hover over one weapons in the class example for HG 40 hover over Pharo.
10. Now with C1 press X to unlock the lethal or tactical and you will be able to select a gun in the background using the analog stick then once you find your weapon click with X button and then select Unlock and Equip.
11. Now for the 3rd primary weapon stay on the create a class for C1 and go to lethal or tactical which ever one you did not use before and agian find an item that is locked and hover over the unlock.
12. Now with C2 press CIRCLE and the local lobby create a class will appear go on primary and find the weapon you want and hover over the weapon if you want.
13. Now with C1 press X to unlock the lethal or tactical and you will be able to select the gun in the background using the analog stick then once you find your weapon click with X button and then select Unlock and Equip

Now you have 3 primary weapons just now select the overkill wildcard and then select another primary just make sure if you want DLC weapons just put them in the lethal and tactical spots then you have 4 primary weapons.
