Step-by-Step
1. You need to be level 2 ect. in campaign
2. Once you are go into multiplayer and with analog go over to your PSN ID or Gamertag. And Press X or A.
3. Now scroll down to combat record then across to your campaign.
4. Now you need to scroll up and down on all the weapons, Equipment and also cybercore.
5. Once that is done go to your create a class and go to perk one a scroll to the last one and you should see engineer unlock and equip.
6. Do the same for the second perk scroll to the last and you should see a perk 3 instead of a perk 2.
7. Now back to the main menu to reset create a class and then go back into multiplayer and go and equip the last perk 3's as normal just don't press the one's you have already selected.
