Text Tutorial:
1. Make sure your totem challenges are completed so you can electrify your shield.
2. With your electrified shield, make your way to the cage at Lab B, pull out your shield, and melee the control panel.
3. Enter the cage. (If playing co-op, have a friend lower the cage with you in it)
4. When you come back up, simply lower it again, but this time do not have anybody in the cage.
5. Go under lab b, and stand above the cage while it is underground and simply wait for it to come back up.
