They are resetting duplicated accounts I am guessing this is how to get it back after the reset.

Yes dupe is patched, this is only for when you got reset with your duped account.

so trying to dupe a new account that hasn't been reset don't work anymore, i think after 1.08.......
the accounts that are being offered for sale are either dupes from before or legal accounts....legal accounts don't get reset, unless you behave like an ars online hehe.
