Step-by-Step.
1. Choose a Calling Card on the first account make sure it is unlocked.
2. Now connec a second account with a second controller.
3. Now with first controller back out to main menu.
4. Now with second controller press X and wait to connect to the server and go into the MP pre lobby.
5. If the calling card did not copy straight away back out to main menu again and then go back into MP menu and the card should have copied over.
To change to another you need to do the process once again.
