Text Tutorial:
1. First, you want to have the shield and all totem challenges finished, so you can electrify your shield.
2. Electrify your shield and make your way to Lab B.
3. Shock the panel using the melee button and with the shield still out, hold the reload button still facing the panel for about 5 seconds.
4. If done correctly, the cage will be stuck descending. From here, simply jump on top of the cage and crouch. The cage will lower as it normally would.
5. When you come back up, wait a few seconds and it should push you right into the cage. The zombies will pileup above you. Thrashers will spawn in the cage with you but they will be frozen.

(How to get out of the glitch; Simply jump out. To get back in, jump back on top of the cage, go back down, come back up, etc)
