Text Tutorial:
1. With a friend and a Spider, make your way to the corner of the planting area in the Specimen Lab.
2. Lay prone backwards into the corner with the spider locked on you, and have your friend push the spider into you.
3. With your friend still pushing the spider into you, go down, and then simply have your friend revive you. If done correctly, you should be partially in the floor.
4. Now that you are partially in the floor, simply knife lunge the spider and if done correctly you will breach through the wall.
