Step-By-Step
1. Start up BO3 and go into contacts and complete or dont not required.
2. Now press PS button and scroll to settings and Date and Time.
3. *REQUIRED* Now click Date and Time then Set Using Internet and make sure Set Automatically is NOT ticked.
4. Once not ticked go back using CIRCLE and go Set Manually and go forward 2 days for Daily and 8 days for Weekly
5. Now go back to BO3 you will DC and will take 10-15 sec just wait.
6. Once back just go into black market and contracts and they should have changed.

edit : been messing around with this and one time when I changed the date a bribe for a guaranteed reaper item was available.... This is a very interesting find... I wonder if we can use this to somehow reset the Weapon bribe contract. Also when I changed the date to April 2 when I clicked on contracts it gave me a UI ERROR obviously because they weren't available then... This is very interesting indeed

Edit # 2 change date to 6-17 and do headshot contract for 10 keys and complete it then change date back to today and then change it back to 6-17 and u can do the 10 head shots over and over THIS IS AMAZING
