Tutorial:
Have your score streaks set as guardian, hell storm, talon. Then have your teammate run a care package score steak. Once all streaks are acquired have your teammate call in their care package, if it is something you can control like dart, talon, Cerberus etc. then pick it up. Then call in you talon place down your guardian, hold x to control the talon and walk forward. Right before your character pulls out the tablet press and hold x button again to pick up guardian this should lock out your talon. Then wait until your talon is about the expire and throw a semtex and pull out your hellstorm. When you spawn back in the game pull out the score streak you picked up off your teammate and now you can do the glitch.
