- Only compiles EBOOTs for DEX (regular debug or NPDRM)

You need an SPRX file coded for Black Ops 3 in /dev_hdd0/tmp. Use the tool to create a path to the SPRX by renaming it to the sprx file. For example, if your SPRX is named "BlackOps.sprx" you type "BlackOps" for your SPRX path in Tustin's EBOOT builder. I don't think anybody has released an SPRX menu yet, but it's useful for future reference.
