Do enemy's become blurry when in sight for any one else? I see them clearly thru walls, but when in sight the become blurry and I can't see them ...

I made an eboot with the builder for bles 02166.
I can load bo3 with the eboot and play online but i'm not getting the mods.
So what to do now?

The same happens to me on bles. Works fine on NPEB02266.
