Another year, another EBOOT builder. I think you know the drill by now - this tool lets you build your own customized EBOOTs for BOIII. Contains non-host mods and a SPRX loader.

The damn update just dropped give the guy a chance to wake up, go to work, finish his Bussiness and then work on this. Just because an update dropped does not necessarily mean he's going to update it seconds or minutes later. Y'all are fucking ungrateful. I'm pretty sure he's going to update it. If the fucking title doesn't say 1.03 then is not updated and stop fucking asking. I can't stand that shit. Pisses me off. People have lives and families. Let the dude be.
