It's still possible to get. Host if you have decent connection around 70% of the time I get go into lobby end the game with the tool then I normally end up as. Host then

I'm pretty sure.. but you may want to check. There is no force host so it will be hard getting host unless you have good internet. I am still working on force host and some other stuff
