Currently i have bo3 version NPEB02266 so hopefully it works for u guys. And this will fix the 80010009 error when u put the eboot on.

1. Go to your network settings on xmb menu and put MTU 1450 First.
2. Replace the following EBOOT :
/dev_hdd0/game/NPEB02266/USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN and /dev_hdd0/GAMES/NPEB02266/USRDIR/EBOOT.BIN folder of your bo3 region.
3. Play online its that simple it worked for me.
4. And for this to work u need to have bo3 already installed on multiman.

kk. ill try to explain it best as i can because ppl are groaning becuase its not working for them. so if u got NPEB02266 Region for black ops 3 this is the fix on how to make eboots work and how to play online with OFW players not just modders. 1st thing is that u must have the game already installed on multiman if u dont know how to install the game on multiman. Next get a desired eboot that u want either a debug eboot or a modded eboot with radar, make sure its for your right region, and put the eboot in game/NPEB02266/USRDIR folder, and put the eboot in GAMES/NPEB02266/USRDIR Folder. Third You must go to your network settings and put MTU to 1450. Hopefully this helps

Ok so I did everything you said and it did get rid of error 80010009, but now it gives me error 80010006 on start up! I'm using a debug eboot for the NPEB02266 version and I'm on Rogero 4.55.

im on Rebug 4.75.3 Dex so i dont know what error that is. But i looked it up and it seems like u put the eboot in the wrong folder or it could just be your firmware

Never mind I fixed it. Thanks anyways.. Though I'm currently having the "servers are currently offline" issue when launching ONLINE in the main menu.
