Below the video is a written tutorial
Step 1:
Determine what Firmware you're on and if your ps3 is DEX or CEX
Step 2:
Follow this diagram
You must login or register to view this content.
Step 3:
Execute the steps that are shown in the diagram
example: Rebug D-Rex 4.75.3 -> Switch To Cex -> Update Rebug 4.76.1
Step 4:
Remove rebug toolbox and install latest version *Package Manager>*Install Package Files>PS3 System Storage>REBUG_TOOLBOX_02.02.07.pkg
Step 5:
Enable cobra mode and webman
Step 6:
Restart console
Step 7:
Head over to webman navigate to ps3 folder and to your black ops 3 R2+triangle to deactivate CFW
Step 8:
Launch black Ops 3 by pressing X, close browser and then start the game

Why need to switch on cex ?i can not go online Stuck on Server 17.......error a.b.c .......

latest rebug version is only cex atm, this version allows you to play the disc version with disc version you can join friends with ofw etc

it gives habib 4.76 to...
but the problem is some guys stuck on server 17.0.0.0 for other works same cfw.
can switch in 5 min to 4.76 i will give it later a try...
