I haven't had any issues. What SPRX are you trying to load?

Everyone is getting connect errors with this game. As far as friends sessions it might be your connection i don't have any issues joining friends

there is a bo3 sprx?

Did you try to replace both the eboot.bin and the Default_mp.self with the eboot?
Replace the eboot.bin rename it to Default_mp.self then put in the same eboot again.
