Can you please go in to detail what with exactly is being patched in your eboot? I have a feeling this eboot is not what you say it is. Is this preventing suspension of your (c.i.d, account or service)?
because this is the 3/4 stages it will ban you. As with Ceds post above , i played a small part in making his antiban with banning 8 cids, testing and ideas its now 100% functional.
Modding stats will flag your account and this ends with the 4th stage with Activision banning you manually. > If you are flagged. every new account or cid you use will be banned instantly and the only way around this is spoofing your mac address.

iamLuckeyy7 what CFW are you on im on 4.70 REBUG DEX and load Black ops 3 through MultiMan worked fine back on 1.03 but i updated to 1.04 now Black ops 3 will not load i get this error (8001003C).

i have been told that Black ops 3 only works on FW 4.70 +. And i have been told that it only works on 4.75 CFW or 4.76 CFW i dont know who's telling the truth ???
