Well hello all,
So here's the official release on the Gr3Zz v3.
So I would like to say that this patch was finished for a long time,
I would also like to say that this mod works on 1.02 and 1.13.
I am the author of this patch, all edition and authorized as long as you indicated crédtis the main author and the basic patch.
► Installation Tutorial / 1.13
1 - You need a playstation 3 jailbreak.
2 - Download the archive with the link provided below in the description.
3 - Uncompressed download archive with winrar or others.
4 - Connected with your ps3 cfw on your ftp client.
5 - Go dev_dd0/game/BLUS OR BLES/ moved if t5.self-and the EBOOT. BIN
6 - Go to the folder english or french selons your language.
7 - Moved-if common_zombie_patch.ff
8 - Start your game and played.

● Answer / Yes it can and that this patch works online that you should just go users who join you and you common_zombie_patch.ff the same, so that it must and ps3 cfw.

My last patch set until days a black ops
He called this Gr3Zz Zombies v2 Patch!
He and till now my most beautiful creation in black ops
It contains a total of over 90 different options of what to have fun
For a while in your party =D
Installation
1 - Inserted the last day 1.02 to the root of your usb key
2 - Connect your ps3 3.55
3 - Go to the folder and click Install Package Files with (X) on the last day it will settle
4 - Once you install BlackBox start ftp on your ps3 3.55
5 - Connect you to your console with filezilla
6 - Go to the directory dev_hdd0/game/BLES01031/USRDIR then transferred to the EBOOT. BIN change after going to the folder and uploaded the english common_zombie_patch.ff change

I finally own a CFW PS3 with all the tools necessary to do this. Does it still work? Is it possible to Unlock All Trophies still?

Yes neccesary ps3 jailbreak and black ops update 1.02, Yes unlock all trophies just join system link

Okay I believe I understand what I have to do but can you explain a little more clearly the final step please? I know you are not English so I appreciate you trying! 
So I have to replace the "EBOOT.BIN", but then I find the directory of "common_zombie_patch.ff" and replace that as well? Once I do this I can data transfer from my 3.55 to my 4.21 OFW. Then I can put my Black Ops disc in and play Zombies (OFFLINE) and the menus should work?
