Why does the CFG mod only work on BLUS30591 7 BLES01031 ? If this is what your asking it is cause language config affects all languages except English. It is used to mod 7 it is used to execute external BIN/CFG /MoDz so if it is tried on any game that is not using english ,language config will not execute giving you a Black Screen .. So only 2 regions have english , the ones i mentioned above .The save game mods can be done on all..

When I use one of my ps3 user's the cfg mods work fine but that PSN account is banned so when I made a new user and account I was able to access playstation network but not the cfg mods and i did not modify any of the files. any help?

It probably do not work on PSN & you really should not use them you going to get yourself banned for good the way 3ARC is being l8ly .Assholes they are ..It is more for LAN & Offline /solo/Slplitscreen ,etc..Save game mods will get you banned also the ones released..

Hi Zombiekillah
I've been testing the modified savegame.
All goes well until I arrived at moon.
I can not wear the mask to breathe on the moon.
Another thing:
You can create a patch for the UP button has nothing assigned and the SELECT button only for god mode, without infections and tracer bullets?
Or tell me how I can do it myself.
Edit: I write whit google traductor LoL.
Edit 2: Ok, i edit your eboot with my petitions ^^
