I am not sure why it happens i think sony did something in there firmware .Maybe a check to see if the patch is signed with same keys ,so people that get on PSN with CFW cant play with others on OFW .

the message from my CFW when tried to connect my OFW via LAN party was "lost connection you must signed in to network to play online and LAN bla bla bla" is this because the invincible original firmware 4.21?? but i want to try something like "do not sign in to PSN when u try to play LAN party with a CFW"

Wait did you try using both 103 on OFW + CFW ? Also i have 372 + 3 CFW 355s so i just put my OFW away & forgot to try to connect with Black ops 113 & MW3 to OFW/CFW
damn i was going to do it & i needed 2 CFW PS3s cause i was testing something & i forgot .O well i guess i will have to try another day after i get the BLES01034 patch fixed to add to the Black ops collection 113 patches .Since i have OFW 372 i will see if i can connect & if i can then it is the firmware for sure or the patch might have something to do with 355 vs 360 keys / firmware ? Between those i would guess that is why & the self files could also be the reason since they use a special key. Which i knew this was the reason i could not decrypt the self files in the past for Black ops. I knew 3ARc & other had a unique key & they did .

hi mate,i did it. now my CFW can detect n connect to my OFW via LAN Party n now i'm playing BLUS30591 on CFW n OFW on my own coz my friends left me. the key is simply disable the automatic sign in to PSN n u must log off from PSN in order to play LAN Party with CFW machine.thanks

Then i was right the whole time . I been playing with OFW & CFW for ever on LAN & i never use PSN for over a year . I never a problem connecting like you has said to me & another person said .I also don't do automatic sign in ,so that is another reason i have never had a problem .Well good to know .Now i can tell the other person you can play with both OFW/CFW.

yes indeed,but now i'm testing blus30377MW2 with ur patch 113 u know what i doesnt work to play LAN with OFW n im downloading 113 original now via CFW. i hope it worked. nah it doesnt even started just an error code shown,shit. need to fix EBOOT or bypassing automatic 113 game update?? please help zombiekillah.

That is a special patch to get on PSN to play with CFW . So it will not work with 113 ofw anyways. Maybey i get around to fix a few of them will see , MW2 is old game now but will see .. MW3 was worth fixing + BLACK OPS cause of features you can plaY zombies + both have offline support & that is a A+ vs MW2 =>Split screen with only 2/4 players & MW2 has nothing special except {spec ops= good} but everything else is kinda ,boring now ,MW3 survival/Missions =much better.

You can play with OFW + CFW only if the OFW PS3 is not signed in to PSN . I just had that confirmed .I never had a problem connecting with the 2 in the past ,so my 113 work with both official/CFW in LAN.

It ha been confirmed you can connect to ofw+cfw with my 113 patch + official 113 . You cant be signed in to PSN at all . I knew that it could not be right , i was always able to connect to my patches with my 2 PS3s in LAN . That means MW3 works also but people on ofw will be on higher patch but i do know somebody who has new patch decrypted
