You can make your mod menu and used a bind on CFW 3.55 or OFW 4.30 (Buy game SEN Black Ops).

You will need to have:
-CFW 3.55 PS3
-Tools for decrypting and encrypting self/bin files, I would recommend using failoverfl0w's tools
-HxD (or your preferred hex editor)

1. Download 1.13 t5mp_ps3f.elf link: You must login or register to view this content.
2. Make back up Game Black OPS with multiman.
3. For the regular t5mp_ps3f.elf, open it in HxD hex editor and go to the offset 0x8D6188.
4. Replace

     exec buttons_default.cfg 

by

     exec buttons_xxxxxxx.cfg

example:

     exec buttons_max8823.cfg

5. Now go to the offset 0x91B238
6. Replace

    buttons_default

by

     buttons_xxxxxxx

example:

     buttons_max8823

7. Now go to the offset 0x92F420
8. Replace

     buttons_default 

by

     buttons_xxxxxxx

example:

     buttons_max8823

9. Take the t5mp_ps3f.elf you just finished modifying, save it.

10. Now make it into an EBOOT.BIN (I would recommend using failoverfl0w's tools for this).
On your 3.55 ps3 install the 1.13 update.

11. Copy your custom EBOOT.BIN into 1.13 update "devhdd0 --> game --> BLES01031 --> USRDIR"

12. Now Make your file buttons_xxxxxxx.cfg

13) Copy this dvar on your file buttons_xxxxxxx.cfg

14. Take the buttons_xxxxxxx.cfg you just finished modifying, save it.

14. Copy buttons_xxxxxxx.cfg on your back up Black OPS.

GAMES --> BLES01031-Call of Duty Black OPS --> PS3_GAME --> USRDIR

15. Delete any black ops save data
16. launch the game ( from back Black ops with multiman)



Note: When you Quit the game, save data will be ready to go under Saved Data Utility.
Copy it to a USB and save it for later (if you want used on ofw 4.30 with a SEN game Black OPS...)



How does it work?
It works by modifying the t5mp_ps3f.elf to write set gpad_buttonsConfig "buttons_xxxxxxx" to the savegame.
When the game run it will Reset Binds, so the game reset buttons_xxxxxxx.cfg.
My method work for CFW 3.55 and OFW 4.30...

Yes but it's unecessary because with this you make your modded save with no xploader.
The save work on zombie and multiplayer

If your friends is on 3.55 , you read a tuto and make the EBOOT.BIN with your cfg files (bind ...).
You send your EBOOT.BIN with your cfg files and he can playing...
The savegame is necessary for OFW 4.30, you must buy SEN game Black OPS and copy all cfg files on USRDIR ...


Your friend can make a save for you with the method .But the Pblm is for copy the cfg files on the SEN GAME because you don't have PS3 CFW...

You can test this (idk if it work)
1) If your friend have a SEN Game Black ops (BLUS30591) on the CFW 3.55 and is the same version you, he can copy cfg files.
2) your friend go in system setting --> back up utility --> back up
3) Wait back up finish (long 18go...)
4) Your friend upload (mediafire) or send by skype the back up PS3 ...
5) Now You copy the back up inside HDD external or USB stick
6) Go on system settings --> back up utility --> restore
7) Now is finish ,look if you have SEN Game on your PS3
8 ) Go on your account and activate a system (account buy SEN Game Black OPS)
9) Copy the savegame make by your friend on your PS3 (signed for your account)
10) Run SEN Game Black OPS
