Here you go NGU. This is one of my rtm tools for Black Ops 1, so enjoy. I may still be updating the tool. If you need any help or anything, just post below. Feel free to suggest things if you want.

For this to work!! You must get the .dll yourself. It's with the Target Manager API. Everything is in a dll , the ps3tmapi_net.dll is in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\SN Systems\PS3\bin , you need to find it. Once you get the .dll, just put it in the folder where the program is.

Trying to connect tool but comes up with error, i followed the not connecting tab and that didn't seem to work either

Dude this tool is a piece of poop. I released a new tool for this which is soooo much better, I'm not sure if its on ngu though cause I was ban. It's on other places though.
