Hey there NGU, I made this unlock all tool because a lot of people have been telling me that they don't know how to inject the .bins for unlock all that I released, so I made a quick tool for ya. So enjoy! primetime43

What will the unlock all bins unlock?
- Unlock all weapons, titles, emblems, lethal grenades, tactical grenades, equipment, pro perks, and face paints
- Unlocks camos, attachments, reticle, reicle color, and lens. (basically the weapon's add ons)
- Everything!

lol gay. If you think about it for a while you'll realise NGU aren't doing anything for you. They aren't your friends so putting stuff in elite is only taking away from the community.
I came up with my own solution anyway although it's not ideal. I used your stat editing tool to mod my stats then used the unlock all tool and when I went back onto BO it said my stats had been reset but they weren't. strange but works.
