Make killstreak kills count as regular kills to earn other killstreaks.

For example, if you have 4 normal kills (shooting, grenade, claymore, melee..) and you need 3 more for Attack Helicopter, Then you deploy Napalm Strike and kill 3 players with it, you'll earn Attack Helicopter
