No not until you Change a few Registers in the eboot to make other People connect to your Lobby

yes bro hving the gsc in der is more than enuff.... plus i mean ben elite was the point of it too lol and using this sik gsc u do

But if this us just for elite, much codder cant use it ... And why is the gsc more than enuff ?! Rawfiles dont own by ngu elite.
