I am trying to understand how Offsets work, and I can't get my head around it. For example, when I try to locate the offsets posted here on the Eboot and the other two files .elf and self I believe it always return "Can't find the Offset".

I have tried it with all files decrypted to elf, and also tried it without. Still nothing.
I used Hex editor. I tried to subtract 10000.
