Yep you got banned i called them with that message and they couldn't even tell me why i got banned even though my system was down in my basement for 5 months.. as soon as i logged on and started going online again they kept on giving me that message. Sad that they don't even know why i got banned as well.

BO1 has an auto-banning system. If you have zombie binds in your save and go on mp you would be auto banned and it's probably the same with xp lobbies
