Yes,but the problem is, everytime you go online with normal 1.13 update it unbinds the buttons.
But there is one secrit method to get past unbinding without jailbreak,i haven't relese it and probbably never won't. You gonna have to find out it about yourself.

But some dvars that doesn't require in-Game activation bind,can be used normally online (example exec,promode,xplobby,changing scoreboard colors,any killstreak with 1 kill only,unlimited killstreaks...)

I'll add more dvars to the previous post.

EDIT: Seriosly gyes,why you are thumbing this post down? Telling the method would make every n00b have it too,and black ops would be f*ucked up,and i don't wanna be responsible for that,someone else find it out and ruin BO. But the method will get your account banned in 20minutes - 2 days,so atleast not that many peaple would use it. (tested 1 time) If i would have elite, i would maybe post it to elite only. But i don't have elite,so i won't. And someone would probbaly still leech it and spread to everyone.

Can you tell me all the binds of the perks? I am making my Save Game
