Hey if your still having problems here's a quick tutorial on how to do so....

1. Download this CFG File I put together for you. Just a few codes gathered up.

2. Download Red-Eye's program found on site. (credits goes to him)

3. Once you load up his program (assuming you have already copied your profile over to a usb and over to your computer). Go to
Game Save Editing: Then go to GRAD0_MP. Remove everything in GRAD0_MP and add this code"

Once added make sure you go over to File at the top and hit "Save Asset", Save All. and then replace the new files back over to the usb and back to your ps3. Once your on your ps3 go over to "Game", "Saved Data Utility" and go to your usb, find your black ops file copy it over "overwrite". go on black ops and enjoy your xp lobby. 4kills and you already know the rest. Yes you can host without a jb ps3. just follow my steps and host your lobbies.... A lot of people are getting account banned from doing it wrong. make sure you sign out right away then continue like regular
