I don't think you mean unlock all do you?
If you looking to get to 15th Prestige Level 50, get into a few XP lobbies by going to team tactical. Find a domination match. When you get into one, kill yourself 4 times and stop and wait for host to back out. When host backs out, look if your host, you practically have to go one by one.
Or you can find a RTE (Real TIme Editing) Services that will get you to 15th or what ever you want immediately. But you have to pay.
