if its your first time theyll ban your account for a certain amount of time but that would rarely happen or theyll just ban your account then you can create another name then play but if u get banned again thell probaly ban your system from playing that game maybe

I got banned with 3 accounts and i can still play it with my other 5 accounts

If u host bo1 ur going get banned at some stage to avoid this don't host bo1 or enable mutieplayer then when loading bo1 sign out then sign in when ur at mutieplayer menu
