I can help you out. But my 1st question is do you have a cable connection on your ps3? Or wireless?
So if you have a cable connection then do this:
After you get level 50 then just put the cable out and put it in again, and you can stick the xp.

If you have a wireless connection, then do this:
After the host leaves the lobby, press one time select and you can see who is the next host.
If you are the host so back out, you will see host-migration, after that sign out from playstation network and sign in again then do prestige, and you will see that you stick the xp, I hope That was helpful.
