to copy modded maps & since the COD franchise is based on quake - Couldn't i mod a savegame with this code & copy the patch.ff & other files with this?

NOTE: I CAN ALREADY MOD BO1 ONLINE BUT I STILL WANT TO ASK THIS

and with the patch.ff file copied then you can mod your savedata & do MODs online.

I'm just binding the copy & paste dvars to the DPAD buttons, if you read through the code you'll see that i'm trying to replace the 1.13 patch.ff with the 1.02 one which lets you use cheats online, up till now (in theory) you could only do this with a CFW and File Transfer but I went experimenting with old versions of the quake engine and found that Black Ops is based on it so maybe the copy & paste feature is still there...

so it will work on ofw

In theory it should (Look at the title) But I need people like DEREKTROTTER and Choco to comment on this, they know a lot about Black Ops Modding & might help a lot of people MOD black ops online, just like W@W.

are you saying you you want to execute a patch through a save game?

and even if you do copy it over, dont people need the same modded files you have to even stay in the lobby with you?

No this is the same as file transfering from a CFW.



I just want help from people who know a little more about Black Ops modding no disrespect meant.
