Yes it is 100% possible to modify on OFW just make your code & modify your savegame with Red-Eye32 Black Ops tool (Sign out of PSN before loading Black Ops or the MOD's will unbind and you will get banned)

1. Copy your savegame (from black ops) to a USB & download Red-Eye32 Black ops tool
2.open it on your pc with red-eye32
3.paste your code
4. save it
5.save assets
6. Transfer it to your PS3 & sign out of PSN
7. go to black ops & enjoy your MOD's

I know the method on how to edit and use it but I don't know which file to edit and what codes to enter.

GPAD0_CM, GPAD0_MP or GPAD0_SP?
Codes?

GPAD0_SP is for Campaign
GPAD0_CM is for Zombies
GPAD0_MP is for multiplayer although modding it on an OFW will not make it work for multiplayer

As for the codes look in the internet for dvar dumps & binds that don't need to be bound to a lot of buttons so you dont lose a feature or press commands at random

The most basic (& leeched) code would be:

set sv_cheats 1

set gpad_buttonsconfig null

bind button_back "god;cl_wadefps"

bind DPAD_LEFT "noclip;give ammo"

bind DPAD_DOWN "give all"

bind DPAD_UP "toggle g_speed 240 800 6000 18000"

bind DPAD_RIGHT "ai axis delete"

Copy all of this code to GPAD0_SP & save the file.

Button configuration:

The select button toggles godmode
The left button toggles noclip
The right button kills all of the enemies (currently in-game)
The down button gives you all weapons.
The up buttons modifies the movement speed

I can use the XP hack and unlimited mortar with ease.

On a side note, can I still obtain trophies with these cheats?

I haven't tried to get trophies while using commands but you should be able to.
