you need a jailbroken ps3, also thats not really online like you think, you can't just go online and go into any online game and expect to be able to use a mod menu, black ops is nothing like WAW. you would get banned quick if you even tried using a mod menu like this on multiplayer online.

Plus, to play with other people, they also have to have the same patch that you have on...

You can't just put a patch on and play online like W@W or MW2.
