It was on all zombie maps (DLC/Original). But when i played solo online it worked perfect. Does anybody have a solution for this ?

It seems that your Blu-Ray Disc is scratched or full of dirt because that error comes when the PS3 can't read a certain file like common_zombie.ff (because common_zombie & the other files CAN'T be corrupted on an original Blu-Ray disc
common_zombie is a FastFile which stores all of the stuff that can be common in any Zombies map (For example some of the mystery box's guns can be on multiple maps) that file is in /dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/USRDIR/english, if cleaning it doesn't work i suggest getting a new Blu-Ray Reader or a new Black Ops Disc
