Yes, you can have 1.13 CFG Non-stealth menu for online(Works in OFW too) and You can host zombies online(Also in OFW)
+ You can do prestige hacks with CEX/Data tranfer

Yes, there's a section where you can look for them. Plenty of cex mods in there for ofw and cfw.
