i've got a problem with my Cod7 game save editor .. i can't run the application to edit the saves the emblem looks like this

how can i open this app ? can't open it with admin

Try turning off your antivirus, then run as admin should work then

Mine says cant find path or file

When you open it? if so then its missing a file then , just reinstall it
