on any ps3 (not jailbroken) local mode yes but for online mode you need a jailbroken ps3
for local mode you just need to Resign a modded save to make it yours same with a jailbroken ps3
but it needs the old patch.ff witch is found in the update 1.02 of black ops
that's how the old way of modding but now everything changed ....
on a jailbroken ps3 ( Dex ) you can use Target manger (RTM) to change the offsets directly + also there are some RTM tools already made for zombies.
