Pretty much 0.. I mod it 24/7, but that doesn't mean you wont get banned for being online on a cfw ps3 :p

how about if you do a XP lobby higher then 500 do u get banned for that on DEX?

No, it just dont work, they say that, because it doesnt work past 500, it will just reset to normal.
NO BANS ON mw3 or below PERIOD
