Purchase a Private Console ID from certain members, but be wise on who you choose.
Private ID's do not grow on trees, so they will cost a certain amount of money, no more than 40 USD.
To put it on your PS3, Install CCAPI and use the CCAPI Manager to put the id on.
Other tools allow you to change your CID as well.
