Go to Team Tactical to find an XP lobby. And when you do find the lobby kill yourself 3-4 times and wait till you become the host of the game. When you are host leave the game, return to your party and sign out and sign back in. Then prestige. For 2 billion COD Points kill yourself 22 times instead of 3-4.

Actually members can request within reason. They however still can't sell without elite.
