Its an RTM tool but it has an amazing name changer and clantag changer. Features like digital clock flashing prestige, CT etc

no you cant change clan tag of all client, u can only change name

I dont think there is a tool that lets you change the CT of another player. But that tool is the best tool for black ops 1 imo.

You can use Reyz tool in order to change your name. I'm pretty sure the offsets for Black Ops are also released as well if you wish to create your own program if you don't find one that suits your needs.
