You don't really needa change anything to make it work on CEX.
First thing you'd need to do, if you're using a hook & memcpy(the one using the sys call), you just have to make/find a memcpy that doesn't use the syscall, cause it's for dex.
And secondly, for your eboot, all you have to do is resign it for a cex ps3, choose option 2 in the latest version of ancestor's self resigner
