Try enabling BD Mirror and Internal in Multiman or BD Mirror and External if you are playing the game via External Storage Device.

I'm playing on disk

Back up the game to Multiman and then do it.

Do what he said but then keep the disk in there and click where it would be but when your on multiman click the back up one. Works for me
