You should be just fine without one. There aren't very many bans on that game.

No the game is too old and doesn't ban anymore.

Can you please stop spamming around the forums in different topics with same question, if you would like to ask a question or need help then go in the BO1 section and request for help. But anyways try playing a full game of TDM then sign out & sign back in.

Are you using any modded eboot also what region is your game.. I never experienced this issue on BO1 my stats save perfectly. Your probably doing something wrong but let me know if your using a modded eboot if yes that might be causing the problem and if so then try with the original eboot.

Im using the original eboot from the cd. I just baught bo1 at a flea market and copied into my internal hdd 
my game region is BLES01033
