Pretty much everything is Windows for PS3 modding man. But I wish you luck!

Telling you right now, don't mod AW. You will get banned no matter what. There is no good antiban at all. So, moving this thread to Black Ops 1. Trust me take my word on it, and stay away from modding AW.
