Hey guys load this save with resigning Xploder or just don't do it (if u wanna earn trophies use xploder) and then sign out load single player and here are the commands.
COMMANDS!
1.)d-pad up-Increase speed (there are four speeds including regular speed). Fast,Faster,Fastest,Normal.
2.)d-pad down-drop equipped weapon.
3.)d-pad right-make all visible enemies disappear.
4.)d-pad left-NoClip (makes your character fly anywhere you want through walls,the ground etc..).
5.)[SELECT]-godmode (infinite ammo,cannot die).

LOL please! it doesnt work like that.
the modded save must run somekind of bind and when going online it connects to the servers and if the servers' system detects them binds its flags and bans your account, just like when people were running modded eboots.
trophies are trophies regardless if you have them all at the same time, this may seem harsh but its fact, you will not get banned fro ma game if you have trophies close together or some at the same time.
i bet all the peopel that got banned tried to use the mods online, or was signed into psn even though they didnt go online the game automatically downloads the latest hotfix thus checking for any kind of binds and exploits, and if found the automatic id ban take place.
from what i have not seen in this thread is people not signing into psn, or having a internet cable in their ps3 so not internet connection can be used and then using the modded save. then once done, deleting the game data + save and trying online to see if that still works.

yea I got banned haha, the op thread did not warn about this when I started this, so yeah, getting a "The Call of Duty Black Ops Server is unavailable, check www.blackops.com/status", heard its only a 2-30 days ban but I don't know, all I need is the Time Will Tell trophy for shangri-la

Loaded the save while signed into the PSN and was instantly banned before the main menu even popped up. I'm glad I was using a dummy account to mess around with the save. I couldn't get any of the campaign trophies to pop with godmode on. Also, once I quit out of the game back to the PSN, when I restarted the game, none of the mods were still present. So I guess it's just a one time deal. All in all, thumbs up for the mod.
