i'am goin to show you how to make a XP lobby with force host with can get you for about 80% host.
first i want to say that all credit goes to Red-EyeX32 and Jakes625 for releasing their Save Editor

so lets start with the tutorial:
1. copy a save from your ps3 to a USB with these 3 files GPAD0_MP, GPAD0_CM and GPAD0_SP
2. open GPAD0_MP in the Save Editor and remove everything and replace with this:

this ^^ is the force host part, when you have open NAT type you will allmost allways get host

this will get you 1000 points for a headshot and sometimes 500 for a assist
3. save the save and copy the files to your USB
4. copy them to your ps3 and start multiplayer
5. wait on the multiplayer till you see in the left under the Nuketown 2025 thingy and then go online
6. test it in private match or do find match Domination
7. capture the flag and you will see 150 point but on the score board you have 500
for every kill and suicide you get 500 points

Try this, delete your old save data from PS3 & USB,then go to Black Ops,solo and switch sensitivity,then back out and go to multiplayer,switch your clantag(to make sure) to any you want,then back out to ps3 main menu.
When you have done that,copy the savedata from PS3 to your USB,and edit with Red-Eye's Game Save Editor all the dvars to your savedata what you want. And the press 'Save Asset' in each GRAD0.PRF file and then save all. And put the modded savedata to your USB,and copy it to your PS3, now you are ready to go host XP Lobby,do what ever you want.

I used the game save that you provided and I got everything straightened out and finally tried to start trying to see if it worked. Now whenever I turn on Black Ops and go to multiplayer, the screen locks up, and an error message pops up that says "cg_laserForce On is cheat protected"!
